Assign ownership for store updates, player support, technical monitoring, social posts, and review-code requests. Prepare a short status message for delays or known issues. Recheck all launch links on a phone as well as desktop.

The first 24 hours

Publish one accurate announcement with the game’s hook, platforms, price, and primary link. Respond to support issues in order of player impact. Capture repeated questions for an FAQ instead of answering each from scratch. Do not rush to change your entire marketing message after a few comments.

Day two

Review technical health, refund or crash signals where available, store-page conversion, support themes, and coverage. Thank players, write a concise known-issues update if needed, and prioritize a fix plan. Keep the game’s ShowGame page and official channels consistent with the current version.

The launch is the beginning of service. Clear communication, fast support, and honest updates turn early buyers into people who recommend the game.
